I painted the cover of Sandra Brown's first book, she called and bought that painting, telling me that I had captured the exact feeling of the characters in her book. Little did I know then that she would become one of the foremost romance writers. For this cover the long horizontal format was a welcome change and challenge. Debbie Massey, the model, exhibits her great flexibility. It is certainly very sexy and reminds me of the movements found in Michelangelo and Bernini poses.
